im so old!!!!!! even though im 20!

Today's cross country practice was interesting in the case that I couldn't do much of the workout. As an assit coach i like to run with the varsity guys and all, but since I stopped running for like 3 months since track finsih and getting injured, getting back in shape has been one of the hardest things i've done in a long time. I cant believe that feel so tired. I guess cause im getting old or something. Im gonna try to do 2 a day runs like I used to do back at Southern Virginia Univ. See if that will help me get back in shape. Is there anyone out there that can help me get in better shape? Normally this wouldnt be such a problem, but coming back from injury and being able to do somewhat of a track season, has left me way out of shape for me.....
